Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15th June 2026

1. The Short Version

We use essential cookies to make this website work, and — if you accept — tracking software that records how you use the site, including the pages you visit, where you click, and how you scroll (session replay). If you decline, we only collect anonymous usage statistics and nothing is stored on your device.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Some are essential for the site to function; others help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

3. Essential Cookies

These are strictly necessary for the website to work and to remember your cookie choice. They do not track you for marketing purposes and are exempt from consent requirements under UK law. You cannot turn these off through this site.

4. Analytics & Tracking Software

With your consent, we use third-party tracking software to measure how visitors use the site. This can include the pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location (city level), device type, and anonymised session replays that help us spot problems and improve the experience. The data is processed on servers within the European Union.

Until you accept, this tracking software runs in an anonymous, cookieless mode: it may count an anonymous page visit but writes nothing to your device and does not record session replays. Only once you accept do we store analytics cookies and enable session replay.

5. Your Choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential tracking. You can change your decision at any time using the button below, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser controls, though some essential features may then not work as intended.

6. Other Tools

We use a tag manager to load and manage scripts on the site. Any non-essential tags it loads are subject to the same consent choice described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.

8. Contact Us
